It describes an attempt to engage The Royal College of Australian and New Zealand Psychiatrists (¡®the College¡¯) in supporting this philanthropic activity. It further aims to attract interest from the College and fellows in contributing to international philanthropy. Doubling provides a credible model for facilitating better mental health care in situations where there are trained staff but inadequate resources.
