%X This article presents the 2017 Leona Tyler Address given by the author. The address is a call to action for counseling psychologists to take on the self-identity as learning leaders in preparation for the issues and challenges emerging in the digital age. In this article, I describe the role of learning leader and define eight learning leader skills. Critical future trends, challenges and opportunities for counseling psychologists as learning leaders are presented
