%X 江苏段是南水北调东线的源头和调水干线，水污染治理工作极为关键。本文在评估东线江苏段102个治污工程项目的污染物削减和输水水质改善效果的基础上，通过对未来治污重点行业和重点区域主要污染物结构特征的分析，得出今后东线江苏段沿线深化治污的重点行业为养殖业、农村生活、城镇生活、农田种植和工业企业等，治污重点区域为徐州、淮安和扬州等，并提出了对应的深化治污措施，为保障东线江苏段在正式通水前全面实现水质持续稳定达标和输水安全提供依据。  Jiangsu section is the source and main water diversion route for the Eastern Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, and therefore water pollution treatment in the section is critical. In this paper, the improvement on water quality and reduction of pollutants in 102 pollution control projects in Jiangsu section were evaluated. Based on the analysis of structural characteristics of the main pollutants in the future key industries and key areas, it suggested that the key industries of pollution control are breeding industry, rural life, urban life, agricultural plant, and industrial manufacture, and the key areas of pollution control are Xuzhou, Huaian, and Yangzhou in Jiangsu section. The corresponding pollution control measures were proposed, which can provide a basis to ensure the security of water transfer and realize that water quality reaches standard in Jiangsu section before the project is officially working.  “十二五”国家科技支撑课题（2013BAD21B03）；水利部公益性行业科研专项经费项目（201301001）；江苏省水利科技项目（2012016）
