%X Introduction: We present a case of a schwannoma that originated in a prostate. It is very rare location presenting Schwannoma.

Case report: A 64-year-old man presented with severe lower urinary tract symptoms. On digital rectal examination, there was a grade 3 enlarged prostate without nodules and tenderness. The transrectal ultrasonography revealed that prostate volume was 200 cc. Retroperitoneal transvesical prostatectomy was performed because of huge prostatic enlargement.Histopathology showed schwannoma of prostate.
