In this technique, CO2 is used as a supercritical fluid that marks the processing as a green technology and is ideal for use in the food industry due to its nontoxicity, economy and easy separation of solutes. This article reviews the application of the SAS technique in the food industry and highlights the influential factors in the generation of micro- and nanoparticles %K Micronization %K Natural Compounds %K SAS Technique %K Coprecipitation %U http://article.sapub.org/10.5923.j.fph.20201001.04.html
