%X Breast cancer (BC) is the most common cancer in women. In Switzerland, 20% of the deaths caused by cancer are due to BC (1). In most epidemiological studies obesity is associated with an increased risk of postmenopausal BC, while an inverse relationship is observed in premenopausal women (2)
