%X The literature in pathology about handling of surgical specimens is underrepresented. Accurate precise staging, adequate microscopical examination and predictive testing of a surgical specimen, are fully dependent on adequate gross handling. Proper handling of the surgical specimens requires a thorough appreciation of staging system and sufficient clinical and radiological information
