%X Breast cancer is the most prevalent cancer in females and more than 60% of cancer patients are above the age of 60 years (1). As our population ages, the elderly will be increasingly afflicted and the management of cancer in these patients needs to consider how comorbid conditions, functional and cognitive status affect the tolerance and benefit from the treatment (2)
