%X A large number of evidence-based reports have confirmed a close relationship between inflammatory response and venous thromboembolism (VTE) (1-6). There is a mutually reinforcing pathophysiological relationship between VTE and the inflammatory response. Some reports have confirmed that inflammation may cause the release of tissue factor (TF) and stimulate a coagulation disorder, with thrombosis often activating the inflammatory response (3-9)
