%X Over the past 3 decades the breakthroughs of breast cancer (BC) treatment strategies¡ªthat included the addition of new generation systemic agents, as well as the use of more advanced and precise radiotherapy techniques¡ªhave significantly improved patient¡¯s survival (1). The number of BC survivors is still growing; it has been estimated that nearly three million of them exist at present in the United States, and represent 41% of female cancer survivors.
