The reasons are uncontrollable monoclonal plasma cell proliferation and the secretion of monoclonal immunoglobulin (1). Although there are many different treatment options, most patients will have a good outcome in case of receiving an early treatment. However, after the continuous treatment of either chemotherapy, or radiation therapy, some patients will relapse due to acquired drug resistance. Hence, MM remains as an incurable disease (1,2). Therefore, the study of its mechanism of resistance has great significance in the research of new drugs, prolonging the survival time of patients, and improving the prognosis %U http://tcr.amegroups.com/article/view/39694/html
