First of all, the modeling of power output of three types of wind turbines is discussed. Next, the Jensen model is employed to model the wind farm with wake effect taken into account. The Monte Carlo based technique is applied to conduct the voltage stability evaluation incorporating the randomness of wind speed based on the Weibull probability distribution. Furthermore, the relative sensitivity index is calculated to identify the weak buses during analysis. Finally, the case studies with different simulation scenarios are carried out.
