%0 Journal Article %T HYBRID SIMULATOR FOR POWER SYSTEM TRANSIENT STABILITY ANALYSIS AND EMERGENCY CONTROL VIA REAL-TIME MEASUREMENT %J 电力系统自动化 %D 2002 %X This paper proposes a scheme of a novel hybrid simulator for transient stability analysis and emergency control of power system based on realtime wide area measurement. The basic design principle, configuration and solutions are also presented. The key technical problems of the simulator such as wide area measurement, realtime communication and emergency control decisionmaking are discussed at length. The scheme is tested on a small power system.
