%0 Journal Article %T /和/低温选择性催化还原研究 - / / %A 史展亮 %A 吴春飞 %A 沈伯雄 %A 王成东 %A 郭宾彬 %J 洁净煤技术 %D 2007 %X 笔者研究了反应温度80~300℃之间,经过硝酸氧化处理的改性活性炭纤维(ACFN)负载CeO2和MnOx在以氨气为还原剂的选择性催化还原(SCR)过程中的催化活性,并进行扫描电镜(SEM)微观形态分析和X射线衍射仪(XRD)物相分析。研究发现,ACFN负载CeO2和MnOx具有较高的NO脱除率和较好的低温催化活性,其中ACFN负载10t%CeO2的低温催化活性优良,NO脱除率稳定在85%以上,并具有较宽的温度域(120~300℃)。XRD物相分析结果表明本实验方法合成的催化剂以非晶态形式存在。 In this paper,studies have been carried out on the active of CeO2/ACFNand MnOx/ ACFN at low temperature(80~300℃) selective catalytic reduction(SCR) of NO by ammonia.A scanning electron microscope(SEM) was used to obtain qualitative information about the metal(CeO2 or MnOx) distribution on the supported ACFN surface.A X-ray diffractometer(XRD) was used to conduct qualitative analyses of the CeO2 or MnOx in the catalysts.It was demonstrated that the efficiency of de-NO by CeO2/ACFN and MnOx/ ACFN was good.Especially,the efficiency of de-NO by10wt% MnOx/ACFN,more than 85%,was good and stable at low temperature from 80℃ to 300℃,this is a very perfect performance of catalysts in SCR %K 低温 %K SCR %K CeO2/ACFN %K MnOx/ACFN Low temperature %K SCR %K CeO2/ACFN %K MnOX/ACFN %U http://www.jjmjs.com.cn/WKD/WebPublication/paperDigest.aspx?paperID=11ed6b0a-131b-465c-a8dd-e3d1335e1158
