%0 Journal Article %T 氧化硫硫杆菌氮代谢及其对煤炭脱硫影响的研究 %A 张悦秋 %A 李国洲 %A 谢广元 %J 洁净煤技术 %D 2007 %X 研究了一株氧化硫硫杆菌的氮代谢。此菌生长代谢过程中能够很好的以铵盐作为氮源,驯化后也能很好的以尿素为氮源。且驯化后能以Fe~(2+)为能源,驯化后在尿素浓度为0.04g/L,Fe~(2+)浓度为0.04~0.10mol/L时其生长最快代谢最旺盛。接种在此条件下培养的细菌对煤中的黄铁矿硫的脱出率可达51%。 The nitrogen metabolize of Thiobacillus thiooxidans was investigated in the text.The results show that ammo- nium could be used efficiently and urea also could be used efficiently after induction period.After induction the Fe~(2+) could be used too.And it can grow most quickly with urea in 0.04g/L and Fe~(2+) in 0.04~0.10mol/L.The desulphuri- zation efficiency of pyrite sulfur in coal pyrite exposed was 51% while inoculating the bacteria seeds grown on Fe~(2+) %K 氧化硫硫杆菌 %K 氮代谢 %K 黄铁矿 %K 脱硫 thiobacillus thiooxidans %K nitrogen metabolize %K pyrite %K desulphurization %U http://www.jjmjs.com.cn/WKD/WebPublication/paperDigest.aspx?paperID=343bda84-a319-4ca0-9ebb-c6b13dede46b
