%0 Journal Article %T 以聚乙烯醇为粘结剂制备成型活性炭的研究 %A 任红星 %A 张香兰 %A 李园 %A 李科 %A 王向龙 %J 洁净煤技术 %D 2008 %X 以粉末活性炭为原料、聚乙烯醇(PVA)为粘结剂制备了成型活性炭,考察了粘结剂的比例,后处理时间,成型压力等对吸附性能和抗压强度的影响。结果表明,影响碘吸附性能的因素依次为:粘结剂的比例>后处理时间>成型压力>后处理温度;影响抗压强度的因素依次为:粘结剂的比例>后处理温度>后处理时间>成型压力;最佳制备条件为:粘结剂的比例为15%,成型压力为80MPa,后处理温度为200℃,后处理时间为30m in。 Formed activated carbon was prepared using the PVA binder and the powdered activated carbon.The effects of the binder ratio,forming pressure,post-processing time and post-processing temperature to the iodine value and the compressive strength of activated carbon were investigated.The results show that the order to influence the iodine value is binder ratio>post-processing time>forming pressure> post-processing temperature;the order to influence the compressive strength of activated carbon is binder ratio>post-processing temperature>post-processing time>forming pressure;and the optimum conditions are the binder ratio 15%,the forming pressure 80MPa,the post-processing temperature 200℃,and the post-processing time 30min %K 成型活性炭 %K PVA %K 抗压强度 %K 吸附性能 formed activated carbon %K PVA %K compressive strength %K adsorption property %U http://www.jjmjs.com.cn/WKD/WebPublication/paperDigest.aspx?paperID=bedbaf5e-8bfc-45c5-9fcb-2c04c88acf09
