%0 Journal Article %T 极低浓度甲烷高温氧化实验研究 %A 刘瑞峰 %A 崔景昆 %A 张鑫磊 %A 李盟 %A 陈善昌 %J 洁净煤技术 %D 2012 %X 实验通过配置浓度为0.75%和0.50%的极低浓度CH4来模拟矿井乏风,使两个浓度的CH4通过高温炉膛,并对排出的气体进行收集和测试,以得到矿井乏风高温氧化的条件和规律。通过调整炉膛温度和改变气体的流速两种方法下极低浓度CH4的氧化情况,得出极低浓度CH4高温氧化与氧化时间及CH4浓度之间关系。结果显示:CH4浓度越高则所需的氧化的温度越低;持续的时间越短,其氧化所需的温度就越高;根据实验研究得出极低浓度CH4在锅炉炉膛中850℃左右时开始被氧化,CH4浓度逐渐降低,且在900℃左右时能完全氧化。 Simulate the coal mine ventilation air methane (VAM) with extremely low concentration methane,0.75 percent and 0.5 percent. Then put these two kinds of methane through high temperature furnace,collect and test the exhaust air in order to get the conditions and rules of VAM high temperature oxidation. Study the oxidation condition of VAM by adjusting furnace temperature and methane velocity,get the relationship between oxidation condition and its reaction time,methane concentration. The results show that,the higher the methane concentration,the lower the needed oxidation temperature. The shorter the reaction time,the higher the desired oxidation temperature.
