%0 Journal Article %T 蒸汽管回转褐煤干燥及传热特性 %A 余学海 %A 廖海燕 %A 翟剑萍 %A 詹仲福 %A 赵旭 %J 洁净煤技术 %D 2013 %X 采用蒸汽管回转式干燥装置进行褐煤干燥传热实验研究,获得不同工况下的传热特性。实验表明:相同转速下,给煤量从79.04 kg/h增加到132.5 kg/h,传热系数从35.94 W/(m2.K)增加到36.83 W/(m2.K)后下降为33.34 W/(m2.K);相同煤样条件下,也存在最佳干燥机转速,当转速从0.5 r/min增加到3.7 r/min过程中,传热系数先增大后下降。通过对工业用褐煤干燥装置进行传热性能测试,获得了放大装置的传热系数。结合因次分析方法和褐煤干燥传热关联数学模型,研究分析了影响干燥传热系数的相关因素。根据实验数据和工程测试数据获得了褐煤干燥传热模型的关键参数,其中a,b,c系数值分别为0.036,0.14和19.77。该模型起到了经验放大和工业验证的作用,对工程设计和计算具有一定的借鉴意义。 The steam tube rotary was used to test heat transmission characteristics of lignite under different drying conditions.The results show that,remaining the rotational speed constant,when the coal feed increase from 79.04 kg/h to 132.5 kg/h,the heat transfer coefficient first increase from 35.94 W/(m2·K) to 36.83 W/(m2·K),then reduce to 33.34 W/(m2·K).Adopting the same coal samples,the heat transfer coefficient first increase,then decrease when the rotational speed raise from 0.5 r/min to 3.7 r/min,that means there is an optimal rotational speed.The tests provide data foundation for the calculation of heat transmission coefficient.Its influencing factors are also investigated using dimensional analysis methods and heat transfer correlation mathematical models.The key parameters of heat transmission model a,b,c is 0.036,0.14 and 19.77.The model provides reference for relevant engineering design %K 褐煤干燥 %K 传热特性 %K 关联模型 %K 工业应用 %K 实验 lignite drying %K heat transfer characteristics %K association models %K industrial application %K application %U http://www.jjmjs.com.cn/WKD/WebPublication/paperDigest.aspx?paperID=6bbf5937-7336-402f-905f-6276a14c8c1b
