%T 三锥水介分选旋流器在粗煤泥分选中的应用   -

%X 介绍了中国粗煤泥分选的现状,对目前选煤厂中常见的粗煤泥分选设备做了简要评述。分析了煤泥重介旋流器、螺旋分选机、TBS干扰床分选机、水介分选旋流器在工业应用上的优缺点。同时,介绍了山东科技大学研发的三锥水介分选旋流器,对其进行实验室实验并对实验效果进行分析。结果表明:三锥水介分选旋流器对+0.2 mm的煤泥有良好的分选效果,其不完善度I=0.088,证明是一种高效的粗煤泥分选设备,有着广阔的应用前景。 Introduce the status of coarse slime separation and common separation equipments.Analyse the advantages and disadvantages of dense medium cyclone,spiral separator,TBS,hydrocyclone separator in industrial application.Introduce tri-hydrocyclone separator developed by Shandong University of Science and Technology.To test its performance,carried out laboratory experiments,and analysed the results.The results show that,the tri-hydrocyclone separator is highly effective,especially for +0.2 mm coarse slime,the imperfection can reach 0.088
