%X 针对影响全重介选煤厂生产的管道磨损问题,分别对管道磨损的原因、磨损的机理、磨损的重点部位进行了分析,并从优化管道布置、细化操作工艺、采用抗磨技术、加强现场管理等方面提出解决途径和改进意见,有较强的针对性、实效性和可操作性。 In order to resolve the problems of pipe wearing which have been influencing the product of total dence medium coal preparation plant,analyze the reasons and mechanisms of pipe wearing,as well as the parts wearing most.Provide the solution from the aspects of optimizing piping layout,refining technological process,taking wear resistant technology,enhancing field management.The results show that the solution has stronger specific aim,effectiveness and maneuverability
