%0 Journal Article %T 含油污泥流化悬浮焚烧技术及污染物排放 - %A 万志鹏 %A 马玉峰 %J 洁净煤技术 %D 2015 %X 为了实现含油污泥的低成本、规模化、资源化、无害化处理,胜利油田采用流化-悬浮焚烧锅炉处理含油污泥,使焚烧污染物排放达标。介绍了流化-悬浮焚烧锅炉处理的工艺流程,分析了焚烧技术,焚烧污染物SO2、NOx排放量,二噁英污染物排放量,烟气中粉尘排放量,焚烧余热利用的技术特点。对含油污泥焚烧后的灰渣易燃性和灰渣毒性进行了分析,并对焚烧灰渣再利用进行了论述。含油污泥流化焚烧处理系统实现了环保与资源综合利用的双重效果,项目建成后减少了含油污泥对胜利油田的环保治理压力,累计处理含油污泥26万t,产生了良好的环保效益与社会效益。 In order to utilize the oily sludge comprehensively at low cost,the technology of fluidization suspension combustion boiler was adopted to treat oily sludge in Shengli oil field.
