%0 Journal Article %T 、胁迫对小麦生长过程中土壤脲酶活性的影响 、 %A 张双 %A 白兴雷 %A 肖昕 %A 贾红霞 %J 洁净煤技术 %D 2009 %X 采用盆栽试验方法,研究了小麦不同生长时期Pb、Zn及其复合污染对根区、非根区脲酶活性的影响。结果表明,Pb、Zn胁迫下根区、非根区脲酶活性随小麦生长时期推移呈不同的变化趋势。Pb、Zn单独作用对脲酶活性的影响与Zn-Pb交互作用不同,在小麦生长的早期,随小麦生长时期的变化而有所起伏,而在小麦生长后期(抽穗期、成熟期)均表现为激活作用。Pb、Zn交互作用对脲酶活性的影响随小麦生长时期的推移逐渐由激活作用转化为抑制作用。总体上看,Pb、Zn及其交互作用下根区脲酶活性大于非根区。 The effect of Pb、Zn and their conpound on urease activity in both root-zone and non root-zone soil during wheat growth were studied.The results showed that the response of soil urease activities to Pb、Zn during wheat growth were different.The urease activity changed obviously at the early growth period as stressed by Pb or Zn alone and increased at the late growth periods(heading stage,maturity stage).The effect of Pb and Zn interactions on urease activity transformed from activation into inhibition as the wheat growing up.Urease activity of wheat root zone was higher than that of wheat non-root zone %K Pb %K Zn %K 脲酶活性 %K 小麦 Pb %K Zn %K urease activity %K wheat %U http://www.jjmjs.com.cn/WKD/WebPublication/paperDigest.aspx?paperID=e69fd203-7092-473e-903b-5e38a4181f83
