%0 Journal Article %T 微生物起泡剂及其煤泥浮选应用的研究 %A 吕巧玲 %A 张兴 %A 王楠 %A 葛义杰 %A 辛婷 %A 高明侠 %J 洁净煤技术 %D 2008 %X 分离一株能产生微生物起泡剂的假单胞菌(Pseudomonas sp.)。考察了该菌株产生起泡剂的特性、起泡剂的成分以及起泡剂在煤泥浮选中的应用。结果表明,添加还原糖为20g/L,在第3d起泡剂达最高量。通过薄层层析分析,表明该起泡剂为脂肽类化合物,具有较高的起泡稳定性。通过微生物起泡剂进行煤泥浮选实验,其浮选效果与杂醇油相当。 A strain of Pseudomonas sp.that could produce microbial frothers had been isolated.The properties and components of microbial frothers by this strain,their application in fine coal flotation were investigated.The results showed that the optimal carbon source for fermentation of the microbial frother was 20g/L reduced sugar,and the time of harvesting was 3 d.Analytic results of TLC showed that this frother was a kind of lipopeptide which had better foaming stability.The efficiency of fine coal flotation by this microbial frother was as well as fusel oil %K 起泡剂 %K 浮选 %K 煤泥 %K 假单胞菌 frother %K flotation %K fine coal %K pseudomonas %U http://www.jjmjs.com.cn/WKD/WebPublication/paperDigest.aspx?paperID=bb741120-d498-4db7-84f7-bad259fb9c77
