%X 为了延长选煤机械的使用寿命,采用化学镀的方法使选煤机械表面沉积镍磷合金,并对其机械表面腐蚀磨损性能进行测试,结论是由于化学镀镍合金具有很高的耐磨和耐腐蚀性能,可以使选煤机械服役时间增长5～8倍。 In order to lengthen the work piece service life,this article uses the electroless plating the method to cause the coal preparation mechanical surface deposition Ni-P alloy,and carries on the test to its mechanical superficial corrosion attrition performance,the conclusion is because electroless Ni-P alloy to have very high is wear resistance and the corrosion resistance performance,may make the coal preparation machine service time to grow 5～8 times
