%X 煤炭企业在开展循环经济实践、探索循环经济型增长模式的过程中应特别注重循环经济发展"软环境"———管理模式的构建。笔者从战略、组织、核算、技术、制度、文化6个方面系统分析了循环经济管理模式的构成,并初步构建了煤炭企业循环经济管理模式体系,能够在一定程度上为此类企业实施更为有效的循环经济管理提供参考。 The coal mine enterprise should pay special attention to the construction of management mode called "soft environment" during the process of launching practice and exploring development mode of circular economy.From aspects of strategy,organization,checks and calculates,technology,system,and culture,this article analyses the composition of management mode of circular economy systematically and then sets up the management mode system of circular economy in coal mine enterprise tentatively.To some extent,this article could provide reference for these enterprises to implement more effective management on circular economy
