%0 Journal Article %T 多膛炉活化颗粒活性炭的实验研究 %A 付稼兴 %A 傅翔 %A 梁大明 %A 王薇薇 %A 王鹏 %J 洁净煤技术 %D 2012 %X 为制备饮用水深度净化专用活性炭,以太西无烟煤为原料,经炭化后在内径为0.4572 m的单层活化炉进行活化。研究了活化温度、蒸汽用量、反应时间对活性炭性能的影响。研究发现:反应温度对活性炭的活化影响最明显,活化温度为960℃时制得的活性炭碘值较高。较适宜的反应时间为4 h左右。在相同的反应温度和反应时间下,较大的蒸汽用量制得的活性炭碘值较好。最终制得活性炭碘值≥900 mg/g,CCl4吸附率≥65%,强度≥90%。 In order to prepare special activated carbon for advanced treatment of drinking water,activate Taixi anthracite in single layer multiple hearth furnace whose internal diameter is 0.4572 m.Investigate the influence of activation temperature,steam consumption,activation time on nature of activated carbon.The results show that,affecting the most to the nature of activated carbon is activation time,iodine value reaches the highest level at 960 ℃,the proper activation time is around 4 h.Under the same condition of activation time and temperature,the large steam consumption,the better the iodine value of activated carbon,which is greater than or equal to 900 mg/L,adsorption rate for CCl4 and hardness is respectively greater than or equal to 65 percent and 90 percent %K 颗粒活性炭 %K 多膛炉 %K 活化 %K 蒸汽用量 %K 反应时间 %K 反应温度 granular activated carbon %K multiple hearth furnace %K activation %K steam consumption %K activation time %K activation %U http://www.jjmjs.com.cn/WKD/WebPublication/paperDigest.aspx?paperID=3c74767f-fffd-4754-b90a-c9c2ab8d72e6
