%0 Journal Article %T 选煤厂浮选精煤助滤脱水实验研究 %A 任建民 %A 刘磊 %A 樊合高 %J 洁净煤技术 %D 2014 %X 针对赵固二矿选煤厂浮选精煤水分偏高的问题,采用添加助滤剂的手段降低浮选精煤水分,分别进行助滤剂的选型实验和定量实验。选型实验结果表明,液体助滤剂比固体助滤剂更能显著降低浮选精煤水分和缩短抽滤时间,因此选用液体助滤剂进行定量实验。定量实验结果表明,TLT5140助滤剂的整体效果最佳,并且在药剂用量为80 g/t时,浮选精煤水分可降至16.5%左右。最终选用TLT5140助滤剂进行工业实验,与不加药剂相比,浮选精煤产品水分降低3%,加压过滤机排料周期缩短50%。助滤剂的使用降低了浮选精煤水分,提高了过滤设备的生产能力,满足了客户对最终精煤水分的要求。 In order to decrease the moisture of flotation concentrate in Zhaogu NO.2 coal preparation plant,the authors added filter aids to the flotation system.Then the selection test and quantitative test were conducted.The selection test showed that the liquid filter aid was better than the solid filter aid in reducing the moisture and shortening the filtration time,so selected the liquid filter for quantitative test.The quantitative tests showed that the liquid filter aid TLT5140 was the best.The moisture could be reduced to 16.5% when the dosage was 80 g / t(dry flotation concentrate).Based on the experimental results,the TLT5140 was selected finally for industrial test.Compared with the flotation concentrate which was produced without filter aids,the moisture of flotation concentrate which was treated by filter aid could be decreased by 3%.The unloading cycle of pressure filter was shortened by 50% as well.The filter aid decreased the moisture of flotation concentrate,improved the production capacity of filtration equipment,met the customers requirements %K 浮选精煤 %K 助滤剂 %K 精煤水分 %K 药剂 %K 排料周期 flotation concentrate %K filter aid %K clean coal moisture %K regent %K discharge cycle %U http://www.jjmjs.com.cn/WKD/WebPublication/paperDigest.aspx?paperID=48440c1c-848a-4bf8-8f59-c1b8118a0fd9
