%X 沸腾炉作为褐煤及煤泥干燥系统的热源供应设备,一直起着重要作用,但是沸腾炉对燃料煤的燃烧方式决定了使用小鳞片炉排配套的链环式除渣机除渣存在一定的问题,因此提出了一种新型的自动排渣系统。首先阐述了除渣机应用在沸腾炉除渣时的缺点,同时提出了一种新型沸腾炉自动排渣系统,并和除渣机的排渣方式进行了对比,然后分析了自动排渣系统的设计思路,说明了其组成、工艺布置,设计前需要注意的问题以及详细的设计过程,并对其特点进行了总结。 Fluidized bed furnace is an essential heating equipments for lignite and slime drying system.However,its limitation to the combustion modes leads to poor slag removal efficiency of chain-ring slag eliminator,which is mated with scale-type fire bar.To resolve this issue,provide a new-type automatic slag discharge system.Introduce its design idea,components,processing set-up and points worth noting.Compare this new system with the previous one
