%0 Journal Article %T 预先脱泥重介洗选工艺在邢台选煤厂的应用 - %A 苏素芳 %J 洁净煤技术 %D 2012 %X 针对邢台选煤厂存在的分选效果差、处理量低、介耗高、粗煤泥分选精度低等问题,采用增加选前脱泥环节、更换大直径三产品旋流器、利用CSS分选粗煤泥、将精煤磁尾作为脱泥筛后冲水等方法对邢台选煤厂进行了技术改造。选煤厂经脱泥改造后,精煤灰分降低了0.22%,精煤产率提高了4.39%,脱泥重介旋流器处理能力提高了4%左右,中煤带煤、矸石带煤量均有所降低;磁选机入料质量分数由改造前的26.72%降为17.02%,磁性物回收率较改造前提高了0.15%,精煤带介量降低了50%,吨原煤介耗由改造前的2.81 kg降至目前的1.31 kg;经过CSS粗煤泥分选机分选后,精煤产率高达44.17%,提高了9.85%,分选出的粗煤泥灰分基本保持在9%以下,降低了18.18%。最后对选煤厂经济效益进行了分析,邢台选煤厂改造后每年增加经济效益3166.10万元。 In order to resolve the problems in Xingtai coal preparation plant such as poorer separation effect,lower processing capacity and separation accuracy,higher medium consumption,transform the process by adding predesliming process,adopting large diameter three-product cyclone,using CSS to separate coarse slime,recovering tailings which is pumped into transport water.After transformation,the clean coal ash decreases by 0.22 percent,the clean coal yield increases by 4.39 percent,the processing capacity of desliming dense-medium cyclone increases by around 4 percent.The content of coal in middings and gangue decreases,the mass fraction of coal feed which is feeded into magnetic separator decreases from 26.72 percent to 17.02 percent.The recovery of magnetic materials increases by 0.15 percent,gangue content in clean coal decreases by 50 percent,medium consumption per ton of coal decreases from 2.81 kg to 1.31 kg.After separation by CCS coarse slime separator,the yield of clean coal increases by 9.85 percent,reaches 44.17 percent,the ash content of coarse slime,which decreases by 18.18 percent,basically keeps below 9 percent.The benefits of Xingtai coal preparation plant reaches 31.6610 million yuan every year after transformation %K 脱泥 %K 重介洗选 %K 重介旋流器 %K 介耗 %K 粗煤泥 %K 精煤产率 desliming %K dense-medium separation %K dense-medium cyclone %K medium consumption %K coarse slime %K clean coal yield %U http://www.jjmjs.com.cn/WKD/WebPublication/paperDigest.aspx?paperID=14ed7d00-f06e-4e32-b292-a6c1b889487d
