%0 Journal Article %T 稀薄气体在高温烧结矿中燃烧的数值模拟 %A 张忠孝 %A 张文闻 %J 洁净煤技术 %D 2012 %X 基于计算流体力学软件FLUENT,对烧结机不同位置风箱所抽烧结废气当中含有的可燃物质(主要为烃类、H2、CO)采用环冷机上高温熟料燃尽的手段进行数值模拟,得出了6种不同配比的CH4,CO及H2在600,500,400℃的烧结矿温度下分别对应的各自可以燃尽所需的料层厚度。分析了各种组分在改变温度、物质的量分数和料层厚度的情况下燃烧的变化规律,试验结果为烧结生产的余热回收和污染物减排提供了参考。 With the help of software FLUENT,numerically simulate the combustion of hydrocarbon,H 2 ,CO,which are exhaust gas gathering from different points of sintering machine. The simulation is operated on ring cold machine and the high temperature clinker burn out at last. Taking 6 kinds of combination of CH 4 ,CO,H 2 as samples, investigate the proper sinter thickness which support the mixture gas completely burn out at 600,500,400 ℃. Research the combustion law under different temperature,mole fraction of each gas and sinter thickness.
