%X Psoriasis vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory disorder which can only be controlled with medications but not cured. Various modalities are available for the management of same with varying efficacy and adverse effects. Biologics, though not new, have changed the concept of treatment of psoriasis. With beneficial effects, they also have adverse effects which are being identified more and more with passing time
