Facing the clinic reported, with the linear pattern of the lesions, restricted to the area of one sensitive dermatome, we classified the conditions as a linear zosteriform LPP. The literature was consulted and presented with the clinical report, in order to draw attention to this rare entity. The patient is still under follow-up.
