%X 湿温是常见外感热病，隶属湿热温病，温病四大家均主张三焦分治湿热，遵从“异病同治”原则。临床不仅适用于外感湿热病，对内伤杂病相关湿热证也具有重大指导意义。本文认为，临床诊治内伤疑难杂病隶属湿热证范畴者，谨守湿热泛溢、郁阻三焦气机之理，紧扣苔腻、大便黏滞不爽等主症，常从三焦分治湿热，湿祛热除，诸症刻缓
