use of epinephrine autoinjectors may not be a reliable measure of food allergic reactions.
As we acknowledged in the Discussion section of our article, ˇ°We used epinephrine
administration as a proxy for anaphylaxis. However, allergic reactions can vary in
severity and there may be heterogeneity in treatment.ˇ±2
