%X NF-¦ĘB essential modulator (NEMO) is an essential regulatory subunit that allows translocation
of NF-¦ĘB into the nucleus for transcription of numerous genes implicated in host immunity.
Here we present a 2 year old male with persistent fevers and recurrent upper respiratory
infections (URIs) with a suspected hypomorphic NEMO mutation.
