We reported that approximately 40% of these workers had specific IgE to Hymenoptera venom. However, clinical surveys of Hymenoptera stings in the occupational setting and prescription of adrenaline injector to affected workers have rarely been reported. We surveyed outdoor workers in Japan who had experienced an anaphylactic reaction after a Hymenoptera sting to examine the rate of prescription of adrenaline injectors. %U https://www.jacionline.org/article/S0091-6749(15)01846-1/abstract
