Activation of HIF1¦Á under hypoxia condition is able to regulate the expression of glycolysis-related genes, and results in the proliferation and metastasis of cancer cells. However, the mechanism underlying HIF1¦Á activation and glycolysis induction by hypoxia remains unclear. The present study is aimed to test if SENP1 regulates the glycolysis of prostate cancer cells (CaP) by improving stability of HIF1¦Á protein. %K SENP1 %K HIF1¦Á %K glycolysis %K prostatic carcinoma %K tumorgenesis. %U http://www.ijbs.com/v15p0395.htm
