%X We describe the case of an HIV-infected man who developed twice a Helicobacter cinaedi prosthetic joint infection. In our knowledge, it is the first case to date. Furthermore, it illustrates the fact that this bacterium is difficult to isolate and that recurrences can occur even after apparently successful treatment.
