%X 摘要 单核细胞趋化蛋白-1（MCP-1/CCL2）是CC类趋化因子家族成员之一。CCL2作用广泛，主要结合CC类趋化因子受体2（CCR2）趋化单核细胞、巨噬细胞和T淋巴细胞。许多研究表明CCL2-CCR2轴参与肿瘤细胞生长存活、血管生成、肿瘤侵袭和转移的调控。本文综述了CCL2-CCR2轴在前列腺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌等肿瘤发生、发展、转移的作用和临床前动物模型实验以及靶向CCL2-CCR2轴的肿瘤治疗临床试验的进展、前景和挑战
