%X 摘要 随着对免疫检查点逐渐深入的研究，免疫检查点抑制剂如针对程序性死亡分子1（PD-1）、程序性死亡分子配体1（PD-L1）以及细胞毒性T淋巴细胞抗原4（CTLA-4）抑制剂在临床研究中不断取得突破性进展。目前FDA虽已批准多个免疫检查点抑制剂上市，但免疫检查点抑制剂用于非小细胞肺癌治疗（NSCLC）仍面临很多的问题与不足。本文就免疫检查点信号通路如何介导肿瘤免疫逃逸、PD-L1作为PD-1/PD-L1单克隆抗体治疗NSCLC疗效预测生物标志物的价值及局限性、其他潜在的生物标记物以及免疫耐药机制等方面进行综述
