%X 摘要 HER2既是靶向治疗的预测因子，又是明确的疗效预后因子，HER2阳性肿瘤恶性度高、侵袭性强，转移和复发早、患者预后差。因此，对肿瘤患者HER2状态的准确评估是提高疗效的关键，明确在体HER2状态至关重要。然而HER2状态在恶性肿瘤的靶向治疗中表现出高度异质性，IHC/FISH等经典方法均无法实现在体、实时、动态监测HER2表达状态，并且无法精确定位，难以达到HER2高表达肿瘤早期诊疗和精准治疗的要求。随着分子影像学的飞速发展，快速、精准、无创、有效评价肿瘤免疫治疗药物效果的分子探针出现，将能够成为解决肿瘤异质性问题的关键。本综述以目前已有的HER2分子探针为起点，对分子影像引导肿瘤靶向治疗发展趋势进行分析
