%X 神经衰弱是我国常见的神经症，但随着疾病的演化，它的诊断逐渐被废弃。但临床观察发现，本病 在就诊人群中依然占有一定比例。本文分析在我国文化背景下保留神经衰弱诊断的优缺点，提出现阶段神经衰弱 的诊断有保留的必要。同时提出严格神经衰弱的诊断标准、严格规范神经衰弱的治疗方案、重视神经衰弱的诊断 但忽视患者身份、重视神经衰弱的预防和心理健康教育，以期为未来的神经衰弱相关障碍诊断和治疗提供参考。<br>Neurasthenia is a common neurosis in China, but with the evolution of the disease, this diagnosis was gradually discarded. But the clinical observation showed that the neurasthenia still had a certain proportion in visit population. In this paper, by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of retaining the diagnosis of neurasthenia against the background of China culture, we put forward that it is necessary to retain the diagnosis. What’s more, we think that the diagnosis criteria and treatment scheme of neurasthenia should be strictly standardized and the prevention and mental health education of neurasthenia should be strengthened while with the patient identity of neurasthenia being neglected. We hope the arguments can be some reference for the diagnosis and treatment of neurasthenia-related disorders in the future
