%X 子宫肌瘤是一种常见的女性生殖器官良性肿瘤，高发于育龄女性，严重影响女性的身心健康。随着 子宫肌瘤的影像学诊断技术的不断创新和发展，相继出现了多种新技术，但是如何选择一种适合于大多数医师和 患者的初诊方案，却并未得到充分讨论。结合国内目前大力推行的分级诊疗和医保控费背景，本文对子宫肌瘤的 5种常规诊断方法进行了分析和探讨，提出应当将经阴道超声作为子宫肌瘤初诊的首选方案。<br>Uterine fibroids is a common benign tumor of the female reproductive organs, which is of high incidence in women of childbearing age and seriously affects women’s physical and mental health. The imaging diagnostic techniques for uterine fibroids are constantly innovated and developed, and a variety of new technologies have emerged. However, how to choose an initial diagnosis means suitable for most physicians and patients has not been fully discussed. Combined with the background of grading diagnosis and medical insurance control, which is currently vigorously promoted in China, this paper analyzes and discusses five routine diagnostic methods for uterine fibroids, and proposes that transvaginal ultrasound should be the first choice for the initial diagnosis of uterine fibroids
