%X 在临床诊疗过程中，执医者中存在一些认识误区，本文仅就微创手术、影像学检查、大小手术之 分、临床专家共识、肿瘤病理诊断五个方面存在的误区进行论述。旨在为持有认识误区者提供参考，让其从中走 出来，并及时予以纠正，更好地为患者服务。<br>In the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment, the practitioners have some misunderstandings. In this paper, we discussed the misunderstandings of minimally invasive surgery, imaging examination, classification of large and small operations, consensus of clinical experts and pathological diagnosis of tumors. The purpose is to provide a reference for those who have these misunderstandings so that they can correct them in time and better serve patients
