%X 推拿和按摩，均指一种以手法为主的中医外治法。在长期的应用过程中，多同时使用，不分彼此。 而在当代文化冲击下，按摩一词逐渐向非医疗性保健靠拢，甚至沦为某些特殊行业的遮羞牌。将推拿与按摩分开 别论，对于中医推拿学科的发展具有重大的意义。<br>Tuina and massage is an external manipulation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. In the long-term application, the two terms were usually used equally. While by the impact of contemporary culture, massage has gradually been used for non-medical health care and even become a symbol of special service. So, the differential use of tuina and massage is of important significance for the development of Chinese medical tuina
