%X 整合医学是新时期医学的一个重要发展趋势。本论文对整合医学相关理论加以总结，分析整合医学 的提出背景及其具体的概念，在此基础上，分析整合医学和急诊医学的内在关系及其价值，认为整合医学源于急 诊医学，二者具有串联式、并联式、交联式的多元化关系及其价值，应具有整体性的医学架构体系，并尽可能地 发挥其功能价值。同时，通过组织机构管理的功能将整合医学和急诊医学加以联系，从而更好地推动整合医学的 发展进程，构建起和民众健康所需更加吻合的新式医学系统。<br>Holistic integrative medicine (HIM) is an important development trend of medicine in the new era. This paper summarizes the relevant theories of HIM, analyses its background and specific concepts, and on this basis, discusses the internal relationship and value of HIM and emergency medicine. It holds that HIM originates from emergency medicine, and that they have series, parallel and cross-linking, multiple relationships and values, and should have a holistic medical framework system so as to give full play to its functional value as far as possible. At the same time, through the function of organizational management, HIM and emergency medicine would be linked so as to better promote the development of HIM and build a new medical system more in line with the needs of public health
