%X 60年前，《中医杂志》《上海中医药杂志》进行了关于营卫的医学争鸣。营卫的争鸣虽然取得了一些 认识上的进展，可是，由于历史的原因，它也带来了深远的负面影响。反思这次争鸣所带来的历史经验和教训， 对于重新认识营卫学说以及以后的医学争鸣，具有重要的历史和现实意义。<br>A medical debate about defensive-qi and nutritive-qi was held in the Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shanghai Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine sixty years ago. Although the contention made some progresses in the understanding of defensive-qi and nutritive-qi, due to historical reasons, it also brought some significant negative effects. Reflecting on the historical experience and lessons brought by this contention will have important historical and practical significance for re-understanding the defensive-qi and nutritive-qi theory and the later medical contention
