%X 砷剂治疗白血病是我国医学工作者的原始创新成就，挽救了世界无数急性早幼粒细胞白血病（APL） 患者，是中医与西医整合的杰出成就代表。本文以砷剂治疗白血病为例，分析探讨中医与西医整合的路径与方 法，发现砷剂治疗白血病原创思维源自中医“以毒攻毒”的宏观认识，大批医学科研工作者利用现代科学技术从 基因、蛋白等微观水平阐明了APL发病机制，发现了砷剂治疗白血病的作用靶点，从认识疾病本质角度实现了中 医与西医的整合。这是中国医学原始性创新的重要方式，也是中医与西医能够实现整合的源头环节。<br>Arsenic treatment of leukemia is the original innovative achievement of medical workers in China. It has saved countless patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) in the world. It is an outstanding representative of integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Taking arsenic for leukemia as an example, we analyze and discuss the path and method of integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. It is found that the original thinking of arsenic for leukemia treatment originates from the macroscopic understanding of “attacking toxin with poison” in traditional Chinese medicine. A large number of medical researchers have expounded the pathogenesis of APL at the micro level of gene and protein using modern science and technology. They found the target of arsenic in the treatment of leukemia and realized the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine from the angle of understanding the nature of the disease. This is an important way of primitive innovation of Chinese medicine, and also the source link of integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine
