%X 乳腺导管原位癌（DCIS）属于癌前病变。低级别DCIS是DCIS中最接近良性病变的一类，具有很好的 预后。随着研究的不断深入，目前对于低级别DCIS的治疗存在争议，手术或是积极监测各有说辞。本文从低级别 DCIS的病理诊断和治疗的角度进行论述，比较了手术与积极监测的预后差异并分析这种差异的原因，为临床治疗 提供参考。<br>Ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) is a precancerous lesion. Low-grade DCIS is the type of DCIS closest to benign lesions and has a good prognosis. With the continuous deepening of research, there is controversy regarding the treatment of low-grade DCIS. Surgery or active surveillance has its own advantages. In this article, we discussed the pathological diagnosis and treatment of low-grade DCIS by comparing the prognostic differences between surgery and active surveillance and analyzing the causes of this difference
