%X 摘要 国际教育援助作为跨国性、文化性、公益性的国际公共产品,是构建人类命运共同体题中应有之义。在构建“人类命运共同体”的理论框架下,阐述人类命运共同体与中国国际教育援助的内在逻辑联系,探讨中国国际教育援助在构建人类命运共同体中的角色定位,进而分析如何在扩大中国国际教育援助规模的同时,创新中国国际教育援助的方式,提高中国国际教育援助的效率,探索中国特色的国际教育援助体系。<br
